Wrap Around Care
Magna Extended Schools provides OFSTED registered before and after school care settings across London, Berkshire, Hampshire and Surrey. Their extended schools provisions offer working families flexible and affordable childcare solutions providing peace of mind that children have access to Magna’s wide range of specialist activities. The wrap-around care provision is available term time Monday to Friday and operates out of the schoolhouse (next door to the main school building).
Magna Extended Schools accept childcare vouchers and parents/guardians can apply for working tax credit by contacting the Tax credit office on 0845 300 3900 or visit www.taxcredits.inlandrevenue.gov.uk
The new provision will offer extended schools care for all families offering a wide range of activities for pupils that are age-specific and onsite at the school.

Registering your Child and Booking
1. Registration
Register online by creating a log in and registering your child(ren). Submission of the online registration form secures your child’s place at after-school care for the term and you are confirming that this care is required. Payment for selected days are payable half-term in advance. Register online at Magna Online Booking
2. Bookings and Fees
Book and pay online for the entire term by selecting days and service required. Fees are payable half-termly in advance payable online by debit/credit card and/or childcare vouchers.
3. Emergency Bookings (on the day)
Parents who require immediate occasional care (on the day) can book and pay online subject to availability before 2pm.
