It is important to your child's education that she/he attends regularly and on time. Lateness causes disruption for the whole class. Late arrivals must report to the school office to be entered on the register.
If your child is unable to attend school please notify the office on the first day of absence and every subsequent day. You can do this by telephone or by note giving the reason for absence.
Visits to the dentist/doctor etc. during the school day should be arranged with the office.
All absences whether authorised or unauthorised have to be recorded. Attendance is monitored regularly by the Deputy Head Teacher and the Educational Welfare Officer and regular lateness and/or poor attendance is followed up.
